1. Refund Eligibility
All tickets purchased through our website are eligible for a full refund within 48 hours of the time of purchase.
To be eligible:

The request must be made within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

The request must be submitted before the date of the event.

After 48 hours, all ticket sales are considered final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and verified, the funds will be transferred directly to your bank account. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the transfer to reflect, depending on your banking institution.

4. Event Cancellations or Postponements
If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Arcta Legacy, all affected ticket holders will be notified and offered the choice of a full refund or a ticket transfer to the rescheduled date.
